BEIRUT: Caretaker Prime Minister Fouad Siniora announced Wednesday that all public administrations and municipalities are to close on the first two days of Eid al-Fitr.
Senior Shiite cleric Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah last week said Eid al-Fitr falls on Sunday, September 20.The Sunni seat in Lebanon, Dar al Fatwa, and the Higher Shiite Council have yet to announce a date.
